Kim holds a Certificate of Professional Coaching, is a certified member of the International Coach Federation and has studied Psychology, Social Welfare and Business Management at tertiary level. With a commitment to continual professional development, she is constantly building her coaching skills and knowledge, and is now incorporating conflict management, narrative coaching and organisational system dynamics practices into her work.
