Richards helps people to take control of their careers and, in so doing, to lead purposeful lives. He partners with employees in transition to develop tools to identify and pursue a tailored career strategy. Richard inspires individuals to feel reinvigorated in their current role, confident to make behavioural changes at work leading to improved performance and that their career has a real purpose. He is also on the teaching team in the Business School at Uni SA which teaches the Career Development for Professionals subject.
Richard has over 30 years’ experience leading sales teams with a number of financial services companies, and a successful track record of executive recruitment with a global talent solutions provider.
To increase the effectiveness of coaching sessions Richard draws on both real life relevant examples from his own career transitions, and well researched tools and techniques that help progress a person to where they want to be.
