Sarah has extensive strategic Human Resources experience across multiple sectors including tertiary education, health services, State and Local Government, engineering and sport. With a particular interest and capability in organisational change management, Sarah has facilitated significant organisation-wide transformation programs with a focus on the human impact and behavioural elements of change.
Having led teams of HR Project/Change Managers and Organisational Development Consultants, Sarah provides the expertise to build the capability and performance of organisations through effective leadership development, change management, cultural transformation, team strengthening and professional and career development. She is certified in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and experienced in coaching and mentoring having successfully completed the Accredited Coach Training Program, a qualification recognised by the International Coach Federation. She also enjoys facilitating highly-interactive workshops.
